The French Data Protection Authority (CNIL) has just issued a reminder that the deadline for websites and mobile applications will end on 31st March 2021, and urges private and public organizations to carry out audits (text here). The CNIL has also announced that it will launch a new wave of controls to verify compliance with its guidelines on cookies and other trackers.
