With the adoption of the European Electronic Communications Code ("EECC"), the regulation of the electronic communications sector has entered a new phase. A phase of extended and amended regulation aimed at existing and new categories of market parties.
This Article gives an overview of the changes that will have to be implemented in the national telecommunications legislation.
