Bird & Bird's Simon Shooter and Mark Leach have acted as contributing editors to this year's International Comparative Legal Guide to Outsourcing. The guide, now in its third year, covers common issues in outsourcing laws and regulations, including regulatory frameworks, procurement processes, transfers of assets, employment law, data protection and customer remedies in 21 jurisdictions.
Simon Shooter and Verity Hunter wrote the UK Chapter.
