Questions raised over the future of Data Protection Law in Spain

Speaking to the leading judicial newspaper Expansión Jurídico, Madrid Counsel Paula Fernández-Longoria has expressed her opinions on Spain's future Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos (Organic Law of Data Protection), which is in its initial phase of drafting, ahead of the General Data Protection Regulation coming into force in the EU in May 2018.
