Interview with José María Marín Quemada, president of the Spanish National Competition Authority (CNMC)

Our partner and co-head of Bird & Bird's Competition & EU Practice, José Rivas, in his role of Chief editor of the magazine World Competition, had the opportunity to interview José María Marín Quemada, president of the Spanish National Competition Authority (CNMC), on the occasion of the International Competition Network (ICN) Cartel Workshop that took place in Madrid in October 2016. The interview was published in the December issue of the journal and addresses relevant issues from a Competition Law perspective.
