Take two - what's new in the latest EUTM reforms
On 1st October 2017, phase two of the reforms to EU trade mark law come into force. These changes all relate to EU trade marks (EUTMs), and come in the wake of the major changes to both national trade mark systems and the EUTM system introduced in early 2016.
