General Data Protection Regulation - one year to go!

In less than a year, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will come into force, introducing new and substantial changes to the EU privacy law landscape.

It is one of the most wide-ranging pieces of legislation passed by the EU in recent years, and the concepts it introduces, such as the ‘right to be forgotten’, data portability, data breach notification and accountability (to call out only a few) will take some getting used to.

As the clock ticks down, we have revised our comprehensive guide to incorporate the very latest 2017 guidance from the Article 29 Working Party and summarise the most important actions you should take in preparing to comply. A copy of our guide can be found here.

If there is anything we can do (either by providing you with resources, more information or organising workshop or training) to help, just let us know.
