Annual Capital Markets Seminar

We are delighted to welcome back Marcus Stuttard, Head of Primary Markets at London Stock Exchange, who will provide an overview of a year of fundamental reform to the listed securities landscape, how this has impacted the markets to date and some insight on what to expect from the next 12 months.

We are also delighted to welcome back this year, Ian Newton who last year joined as the internal IPO adviser to the CEO and Board of Raspberry Pi plc and helped navigate the company through its very successful main market IPO in June. He will be joined on a panel by Bird & Bird partner, Fiona McFarlane (who acted for ARM as cornerstone investor on the IPO) and partners Clive Hopewell and Michael Dawes, who will discuss trends they are seeing in the markets and will share experiences of the impact of the new reforms.
