Bird & Bird, together with the Energy & Environment Alliance, are pleased to invite you to a webinar which will pose the question “New ESG reporting regulations. Is the hotel sector ready?”.

Almost 50,000 companies which operate within the EU or are listed on EU regulated markets will soon become subject to new legal mandatory sustainability reporting. This webinar aims to build awareness for those companies operating within the hotel sector, as businesses come under ever greater pressure to tackle ESG challenges.

We are delighted to be welcoming a select group of experts and industry leaders who will bring their expertise to the fore and provide their own insights in respect of the new regulations. Following an introduction by Ufi Ibrahim, Chief Executive of the Energy & Environment Alliance, there will be scene setting presentations and insights into the current legal real estate and construction markets by Nick O’Donnell, Partner and Senior Associates Charlie White and Sophie Phillips of Bird & Bird. We will then have a panel discussion which will be moderated by Karen Friebe, Head of Bird & Bird’s Hotels, Hospitality & Leisure Group.
