Following another successful First For Disputes Conference last year, we are pleased to announce this year's conference in Singapore taking place at Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre.
This year, Bird & Bird has launched a new campaign for our contentious offering known as "In Your Corner" across its offices globally, including the Singapore office. A rebranding of our earlier First for Disputes (FFD) Conference (click here for a recap of the FFD Conference 2018) to the new "In Your Corner" Conference likewise aims to assist our existing and prospective clients on business critical matters through technical legal workshops in the form of plenary and breakout sessions throughout the day.
The workshops are intended to provide a practitioner's insight into some of the more commonly encountered dispute resolution issues and will cover topics on arbitration, settlement agreements, employee contracts, mediation and negotiation, IP disputes, data privacy and drafting effective contractual clauses.

Delegates will have two topics to choose from for each breakout session. Please indicate your choice of breakout topics in the RSVP form.
We welcome you to join us for all the sessions and hope you can attend the whole day. However, if you are unable to attend the morning sessions, we would be delighted to welcome you for lunch and the afternoon sessions, or vice versa.
Note: Priority for this event will be extended to in-house counsel and corporates.
