FinTech continues to transform the financial services sector with new regulations and technologies, enabling new players to enter the market and requiring existing players to adapt. This seminar looks at some of the recent trends in the market with a focus on the competition law implications of new players entering the payments market and the practicalities banks and FinTech companies experience when trying to comply with the PSD2 regime.
