Charles Human of HVS will update us on recent deals along with his expectations for the coming year and Graeme Smith of AlixPartners will present his expectations on the level of potential distress in the market, to be followed by a panel session, moderated by James Salford of Bird & Bird, during which key questions will be addressed, such as:
