UAS Roundtable: latest industry trends and insights 25 November 2021

Bird & Bird's UAS roundtable programme provides a forum in which those working in the UAS industry can network in an informal environment, explore industry trends, exchange views on matters of common interest, and share ideas, knowledge and best practice. As we make a return to meeting in person and explore a hybrid approach to events, we’d be delighted if you could join us at our next roundtable event, whether this is in person or remotely.

We’ll be joined on this occasion by Stuart McGlynn of Cyberhawk to discuss a number of issues with us about the challenges of operations over the high seas and how aviation regulators approach those operations; and Quentin Browell of Inline Policy, who has been active as a lobbyist on behalf of a number of UAS businesses, to talk about his perspective of the development of UAS regulation and relative progress on the UTM environment in the UK and the EU. Andy Sage from NATS has also offered to update us on market progress and some of the challenges being faced globally. We will also provide our usual EU/UK regulatory update and Sheppard Mullin will contribute recent US developments.

We are pleased to say that we will be able to use our offices again for this event. However we will be limited on numbers in the room and for that reason, we will adopt a hybrid format so that you can join remotely as we have done over the last 18 months. We would of course be delighted to see you in person but if you would like to come to the office, please select this when registering below. This will be ‘first come first served’ but if you later find you cannot attend in person, please let us know in case we have others who would still like to join.

We look forward to hosting you at what is sure to be a lively and engaging debate and would be delighted if those who can join in person would stay for refreshments afterwards.
