Aero engine issues for customers parts I and II – legal and commercial issues

Prior to the COVID crisis, the industry was suffering material engine performance issues.

Advances in technology and the amount of data created by a modern generation engine should be of benefit to all, however these advances raise new performance and anti-trust issues.

Our first session will examine performance issues the industry has suffered, their commercial consequences, and potential solutions.

Our second session will look at the trend to an increasing OEM role in the after-market through “power by the hour” or “cost per flight hour” agreements and anti-trust issues.
