A comparison of Chinese and Malaysian Employment Laws - How has COVID-19 changed the employer's approach?
Asia was the first region affected by the pandemic and is now in the process of regaining a certain level of stability and normality. In China and Malaysia, employers have re-opened workplaces but face the threat of a further wave of infections.
At this webinar we will undertake a comparative review focusing on how employers in both China and Malaysia manage employment related legal and practical concerns surrounding COVID-19. In particular we will look at health and safety, payments, business continuity and data protection. Malaysian, Chinese and international firms active in either of these two markets would benefit from joining this event.
