Working as an Executive Assistant is a very prestigious role, and a great professional and personal challenge for me. It requires me to develop my qualifications and interpersonal skills. My job involves a lot of responsibility, and sometimes I have to make decisions or follow my intuition and experience. For me, this is the crowning achievement of a career as an assistant in a law firm. I am exceptionally lucky that with such a demanding position I have a composed and balanced 'boss' who makes the job neither stressful nor daunting.
My adventure with B&B has not yet lasted long enough for me to be able to boast of an exceptional piece of work. However, with my long experience, I know I can provide help and psychological support to young colleagues just starting out as an assistant. I am delighted when, after just a few months on the job, those who were very unsure of their role become fully-fledged members of their team, aware of their role and value.
