These cases, involving Professional Indemnity, Construction All-Risk and Machinery Breakdown/Business Interruption claims, are very confidential and do not go to public courts. The total value is around 700 million euros.

Advising one of the former Advisory Supervisory Board members of a Transport/Shipping company in one of the most important corporate fraud and liability cases of the past few years, with regards to both the liability and the insurance/policy coverage aspects of the matter.
