Yvan Vérité

I am an associate in the Corporate / M&A team in our Paris office, advising our clients in connection with M&A, LBO, and private equity transactions.

Assisting both French and foreign clients, I act on all stages of M&A and investment transactions. My practice also covers day-to-day corporate matters. I advise clients across a broad range of sectors, on all levels of their business life cycle, from start-up and initial investments to growth activities, and eventual exit.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I was an in-house lawyer in the mergers and acquisitions, equity investments and corporate governance teams of the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations and then associate in the corporate department of a French law firm.
