I'm a senior associate in our Corporate practice in Stockholm, where I advise our clients on both domestic and cross-border transactions, public and private M&A transactions and other corporate law matters.

My experience in the Corporate group spans a number of the firm's key practice areas, ranging from corporate transactions to capital markets and corporate governance matters.

As part of our global Technology & Communications group, I regularly advise clients in this sector on corporate and commercial issues and stay informed on the latest developments in the field.

Prior to graduating, I worked at Bird & Bird on a project regarding annual general meetings. On behalf of a multinational client, I attended numerous general meetings for Swedish companies listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. The project allowed me to gain a more holistic and in-depth view of corporate law and corporate governance. I have been able to leverage this experience when advising clients in similar matters.
