Sarah Hansén

As an associate in our Finance & Financial Regulation Group in Stockholm, I am advising both finance providers and borrowers in various debt financing transactions.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird I worked with debt financing transactions at another law firm, and I have also served as a law clerk at Nacka District Court in Stockholm. During my law studies I worked at a large Swedish corporation as a legal intern and at another international law firm's Capital Markets and Mergers and Acquisitions practice groups. My diverse experience and curiosity give me a unique perspective when facing legal queries.

What I enjoy the most with my profession is identifying each client's specific needs and to figure out how we at Bird & Bird can work as a team together with our clients to make the best out of any situation. Together with my colleagues in the Finance & Financial Regulation Group, I strive to give our clients the best possible service and legal advice.
