About Me
Since September 2022, I am an associate in our Corporate department, where I advise clients on a wide variety of corporate and commercial issues and assist clients with domestic and cross-border transactions throughout many sectors.
I am a member of the Corporate practice group and in this respect, I have the opportunity to work on cross-cutting issues in both commercial and corporate law.Under the direction of highly experienced partners, I assist clients in all phases of M&A transaction and also in the drafting of diverse types of contracts.
Before joining Bird & Bird, I was an associate in a law firm based in Brussels in which I mainly handled commercial disputes.
