I am an Associate in Bird & Bird's Intellectual Property department in the Madrid office.

Since I joined the firm in 2020, my work as a lawyer focuses on advising national and international clients in the field of Intellectual Property from a multi-jurisdictional perspective.

My legal practice involves monitoring different global trademark portfolios, guiding clients through all the necessary steps for an effective legal protection of their distinctive signs, including trademark applications filing and renewals or drafting reports on the availability and use of the registration, among others.

Likewise, we also actively defend our clients' rights by filing oppositions, appeals, invalidity and revocation actions against third party trademark applications that may pose a potential risk, providing different courses of action.

Since the beginning of my career, I have enjoyed working on complex matters that require a quick response. Likewise, our international projects offer a global vision that involves a direct relationship with other jurisdictions.
