Kinga Kálmán

As a junior associate, I advise clients in the data protection practice group of the Budapest office at Bird & Bird.

I feel utterly fortunate to work in such an international and innovative environment, where I can broaden my knowledge while assisting clients on issues related to information society e.g., data protection, consumer protection, digital services regulation and competition law.

I graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Eötvös Loránd University in 2022. During my studies, I sought opportunities to broaden my experience throughout these years and tried out different traineeships ranging from research centres to the Hungarian Competition Authority.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I gained valuable insights at a Hungarian boutique law firm on counselling and representing tech companies in privacy, e-commerce and regulatory matters.

Apart from my native Hungarian, I am fluent in English and Spanish.
