As a Senior Associate in our Corporate and Banking & Finance Groups in Budapest, I offer over 22 years' specialist experience in capital markets, banking, finance, M&A and corporate matters.

I regularly advise leading Hungarian and international companies on complex transactions.

Over the years, I have represented a diverse range of domestic and multinational clients across my main practice areas, including advising on major bond programmes, accelerated book building and privatisations, public offerings, private placements, public takeovers, licensing procedures, stock option programmes, derivative transactions, disclosure obligations and insider trading issues.

In addition, I have advised on a number of significant matters, including regulations relating to bank takeovers, bank transformation procedures, establishment and operational licensing procedures and compliance with government and regulatory bodies.

I am a member of the Budapest Bar. In addition, I have written several law review articles on topics in Hungarian business law, including aspects of corporate law, securities law and security instruments. I have also been published in international journals.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I worked for other Hungarian and international law firms. I am fluent in English in addition to my native Hungarian.
