I am an associate in the Banking and Finance group of our Paris office.

As an associate in the Banking and Finance department in Paris, I assist our clients in banking and financial matters.

I advise in leveraged buyouts and acquisitions. I make sure to provide our clients with solutions adapted to their financing objectives.

I counsel all types of institutional lenders - banks, debt funds and mezzanine funds - as well as borrowers and sponsors.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird in 2022, I undertook an internship in Appeal Court in the commercial litigation and restructuring section and I also have developed significant experience in finance departments of international banks and law firms, advising a large range of clients on significant financing transactions particularly in real estate, aviation and shipping.
