I am an associate in the Corporate group of our Paris office, advising our clients in connection with M&A, fundraising and private equity transactions.

As a member of Bird & Bird's Corporate Group, based in Paris, I advise French and international clients in connection with day-to-day corporate matters or on the acquisitions and venture capital transactions involving listed or unlisted companies.

Before joining Bird & Bird for my final internship in 2021 and my admission to the Paris Bar in 2022, I was a trainee lawyer in various corporate departments of French law firms.
