As an Associate in the Banking & Finance and Capital Markets group of the Budapest office, I advise on project, corporate, real estate and acquisition financing and refinancing transactions for our national and international clients. Being a specialised lawyer for enforcement law, I have expertise in restructurings and collateral enforcements.

Over the years, I have advised several financial institutions acting as lenders as well as companies acting as borrowers on project, corporate, real estate and acquisition financing transactions.

I am specialised in enforcement law (LL. M.). I have advised a large number of banks and financial enterprises on enforcing the collaterals of secured loan agreements as well as other restructuring matters. I have also represented financial institutions in relation to loan transfers and assignments.

My experience extends to the supervisory proceedings carried out by the National Bank of Hungary with regards to the issuance of a license for financial institutions to pursue financial service activities in Hungary.

I regularly publish legal studies and articles in banking and finance topics.
