Viktor has wide-ranging global dispute resolution and litigation experience.
Viktor is a Senior Associate in our Dispute Resolution practice, based in Budapest.
He has 12 years of experience in a broad range of matters, including complex commercial, administrative, corporate and real estate lawsuits, as well as bankruptcy and taxation matters.
He has been involved in numerous litigation and dispute resolution cases and his experience includes, among other matters, representing an international real estate developer group in a FIDIC based arbitration; representing a leading international construction enterprise in several FIDIC-based disputes related to the construction of Budapest’s metro line 4; acting for a major Hungarian gas trade company in several high value arbitration and litigation procedures; advising a major French-based utility company in connection with several litigation, arbitration and bankruptcy cases; representing an international food services and facilities management corporation as well as major industry players in high amount taxation lawsuits.
Viktor has also been involved in major Hungarian sport projects, such as the bidding process of Budapest to host the Olympic and Paralympic Games in 2024 and an ongoing complex sport-related urban development project in Budapest.
Before joining us, Viktor worked at both major international and Hungarian law firms.
Viktor received his J.D. in 2006 from Eötvös Loránd University, Hungary, and is a member of the Budapest Bar.
In addition to his native Hungarian, Viktor is fluent in English.
