Olivier Peronnau

As Counsel in the Corporate team in Paris, I am specialised in corporate law and regularly assist companies and investment funds on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and securities law.

I regularly advise companies and their management in connection with external growth transactions, strategic alliances, and joint ventures, notably in the Industrial, Telecom and Financial sector. I also handle cross-border transactions involving both privately - and publicly - held companies.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I worked at several top French law firms in Paris, where I have assisted major French and foreign corporations, investment funds and institutional investors on their M&A and private equity transactions.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2015, I graduated from Edhec Business School and the University of Paris II Assas.

I speak French and English fluently.
