As Counsel in our Dispute Resolution and Aviation Groups in Paris, I act in major disputes involving industrial risk and offer in-depth expertise in aviation and insurance.
My background in economics gives me a valuable perspective, with particular skills in the evaluation of damages.I have acted in numerous aircraft accident cases and also assist and advise French and international companies in commercial and civil liability disputes, as well as providing advice on aviation regulation and insurance law. In addition, I draft contracts and terms and conditions documentation.
Before joining the team here at Bird & Bird in 2009 I taught economics, which enables me to fully understand the economic and financial issues in dispute resolution cases. I am fluent in English in addition to my native French.
- I have acted in numerous aircraft crash cases, such as the Air France flight 447 accident of June 2009.
- I regularly represent aeronautic suppliers in commercial and technical cases.
- I work with insurers in cases involving technical assessment as well as strong economic analysis.
