Karolina Kacprzak

I am an associate in our Commercial practice in Warsaw. I specialise in civil, corporate and public procurement law.

I have been advising clients since 2016, and have experience advising on transactions for local and global companies from the IT, technology, healthcare, energy and industrial automation sectors.

I also advise on commercial and IT implementation projects, as well as public procurement procedures. I have been involved in solving issues related to public procurement law from the side of both contractors and contracting authorities.

I have participated in due diligence processes and M&A deals. I also assist with solving corporate issues related to corporate governance, and support companies with their day-to-day commercial issues.

Prior to joining our firm in 2018, I gained professional experience working for Polish law firms. I have also worked as an in-house lawyer, where I advised on corporate issues in employment matters. I have participated in negotiating commercial agreements to finance a company's ongoing operations.
