I'm a senior associate in our Intellectual Property team based in Prague. I specialise in trade marks, patents and industrial designs.

Whilst I have experience with the entire life cycle of IP rights including their clearance, filing and licensing, I particularly enjoy helping clients with finding the best IP strategies and with enforcing their rights (or defending against others doing so).

I've advised domestic and international clients in a number of IP-rich industries including life sciences, automotive, information technology and telecommunications on IP application strategies, trade mark and design filings, freedom to operate opinions, licensing, technology transfer, research and development, IP due diligence, anti-counterfeiting, revocation, cancellation and opposition proceedings, IP litigation and many other issues.

I have been passionate about IP law since my studies, and my entire professional career has been working in this sector. Before joining one of the best IP practices here at Bird & Bird, I worked in a recognised trade mark and patent boutique firm in Prague.
