Alberto is a highly reputed lawyer within the corporate, mergers and acquisitions and private equity fields.

Alberto is a partner heading the Corporate Group in Italy and member of the International Corporate Group’s Steering Committee.

Alberto is a versatile corporate and commercial lawyer with a wealth of experience in advising clients in the ordinary and extraordinary aspects of their operations. Hi practice extends to commercial contracts and insolvency law issues.

Alberto is appreciated for his business-oriented and customer-focused approach. He has an extensive experience of international deals, and has managed complex transactions involving multiple countries, including those where buyers, sellers and assets are located wholly outside of the Italy. He also advises on general company law and corporate governance.

Alberto acts for a number of Italian and international clients operating in different sectors, such as in particular players of the life sciences, automotive, renewable energy and banking & financial industries. His practice extends to advising Italian listed companies.

He is also member of the Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency Practice Group and in this role he acts for banks and other lenders, debtor companies and their boards and trade creditors. In particular, he handles recovery plans according to the alternatives provided by the Italian Bankruptcy Law (articles 67 and 182-bis of R.D. n. 267/1942).
