Bird & Bird strengthens London Dispute Resolution team with the appointment of Nick Peacock as partner

International law firm Bird & Bird today strengthens its Dispute Resolution practice in London with the appointment of international arbitration specialist Nick Peacock as partner and head of its London arbitration group. 

Nick is a highly-regarded international dispute resolution specialist with extensive experience spanning the Tech & Comms, Financial Services and Energy & Utilities sectors. Nick brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience from 20+ years acting as counsel and advocate on arbitrations in Europe, Africa and across Asia.  He is recognised as a leading practitioner in international arbitration by Legal 500, Who’s Who Legal and Chambers Global and joins the firm from Herbert Smith Freehills where he has been a partner since 2007, serving as the former Head of its Singapore International Arbitration practice, Head of its India Disputes practice, and Co-Chair of its Nordic Group. 

Nick’s appointment is part of Bird & Bird’s strategic expansion programme to establish the firm as a market leader in Dispute Resolution and Arbitration both in London and internationally.
