Congratulations to our Life Sciences and Healthcare team who were recently presented with seven accolades at the LMG Life Sciences Europe Awards 2021, announced 13th May.

Mark Hilton, Co-Head of our International Life Sciences and Healthcare Group and Partner within our Intellectual property group, said: “This is a great achievement for our life sciences group and I’m very proud of the various teams that made these awards possible. We continue to represent some of the leading pharma, biotech and medical devices companies in the leading cases and transactions in the world. This often involves us managing work in a number of jurisdictions; something at which our team excels.”
This is the second year in a row that the team has been awarded ‘European Regulatory Firm of the Year’. Marc Martens, Co-Head of our International Life Sciences Group and Healthcare Group and Head of our Regulatory, Public & Administrative Law group in Brussels, commented: “It is wonderful to see that the growing strength of our life sciences regulatory group and the high calibre of work we do has been recognised for the second year running. The team has had a very busy 12 months, advising on several high value multi-jurisdictional transactions, including the $200million acquisition for Juvise Pharmaceuticals. The team was also involved in cases before the CJEU as well as in COVID-19 related work.”
