Bird & Bird has assisted wflow.com with the preparation phase for an investment from Scio (www.scio.cz, s.r.o.) through minority share transfer. wflow.com is a Czech start-up company specialising in bookkeeping processes, automation and the digitalisation of accounting. Scio is a private firm active in the areas of education and innovation in education.
wflow.com products are designed to simplify bookkeeping processes by reducing administrative and manual work with documents, automating documents collection, speeding up approval processes, and ensuring automated accounting which not only saves time but reduces related costs. Scio’s capital investment will enable wflow.com to grow faster in the Czech market as well as develop further internationally.
