Bird & Bird appoints Mattias Lindberg as a partner and new Head of the Commercial Practice in Stockholm

International law firm Bird & Bird today appoints Mattias Lindberg as a partner and Head of a strengthened Commercial Practice in Stockholm.  This forms a central part of the firm's strategy to continue to build out its commercial offering in Sweden and the Nordic region.

Mattias joins together with his team from Affärsadvokaterna, a commercial focused law firm which he founded in 2016. His practice focuses on commercial advice on strategic agreements and outsourcing, dispute resolution, procurements and privacy law issues, particularly in the technology sector.

Joining with Mattias from Affärsadvokaterna are three associates Marcus Lorentzon, Sofia Pensar and Vendela Nilert, as well as Legal Project Manager Charlotta Sandström.
