International law firm Bird & Bird appoints Michael Gorm Madsen as a corporate and commercial partner in the firm's Privacy and Data Protection group in Copenhagen.
Michael joins from Lundgrens and has been advising clients on data protection issues for more than 17 years. A data protection specialist with a CIPP/E certification (IAPP), Michael has a vast knowledge of both national and international data protection issues. He advises on corporate and commercial matters including commercial contracts, disputes, consumer law and marketing law. Michael also has substantial expertise within white collar employment law which will complement our International HR Services practice.
Joining with Michael from Lundgrens is associate Maja Erritsø Horne Krarup.
