Bird & Bird's international Privacy & Data Protection team will use Nymity Attestor™, one of Nymity’s privacy management solutions, to assist clients with whom the firm is working on privacy compliance programmes.
Bird & Bird today announced its alliance with Nymity at the IAPP Europe Data Protection Intensive in London.
“Nymity Attestor™ reports on the status of a privacy programme, generating quantitative metrics supported by evidence and visualising results through the Data Privacy Accountability Scorecard. Incorporating Nymity Attestor™ into our services will help us create compliance programmes which are sustainable for clients and which anticipate the accountability requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation" said Ruth Boardman, co-head of Bird & Bird's international Privacy & Data Protection team. “We are always keen to move beyond black-letter law advice and to work with clients in a more productive way. Nymity Attestor™ will help us to deliver some of the key tools for ongoing compliance”, the lawyer said while attending the IAPP event.
