Bird & Bird is pleased to announce the appointment of Edoardo Monopoli as the new CEO of Baseline.
Launched by Bird & Bird and ASE Consulting in February 2015, Baseline brings together experts with the broad range of multi-disciplinary skills required to help those driving major transformational programmes.
Focused on supporting challenging IT projects both in the UK and internationally, Baseline helps review, recommend and resolve the highly complex issues that are involved in achieving successful outcomes. The business also helps with the initial planning, design, requirements identification, procurement and contracting phases.
Edoardo joins from Valeocon, where he remains a partner and leader of the UK team. Here, he developed the Value Innovation practice, which concentrates on developing breakthrough ideas and partnerships for top-line growth.
He is a certified consultant and instructor in the Lean Six Sigma approach to quality, and was one of few select consultants to have supported GE Capital's European Six Sigma effort.
The Baseline offering is indicative of a strategic push from Bird & Bird to offer clients holistic solutions that go above and beyond pure legal advice.
Edoardo's extensive international experience will be key to driving Baseline into its next stage of growth.
