The Decree-Law under review, whose converting law (No. 108/2021) was approved by Parliament on 28 July and published in the Italian Official Gazette on 30 July, in force as of 31 July 2021, is aimed at defining the national regulatory framework to simplify and enable the goals and objectives set out by:
- The Recovery and Resilience Plan (RRP)
- The National Plan for Complementary Investments
- The Integrated National Energy and Climate Plan 2030 (NECP)
In this document, we will summarise the new updates introduced in the energy sector, providing a guide to the reading of the new provisions, taking into account the further changes resulting from the completed conversion into law.
