The Decree-Law under review, whose converting law (No. 108/2021) was approved by Parliament on 28 July and published in the Italian Official Gazette on 30 July, in force as of 31 July 2021, is aimed at defining the national regulatory framework to simplify and enable the goals and objectives set out by:
