EU legislation update (November 2020)

In this issue of EU legislation Updates, we bring you an insight into the framework of the prepared regulation of artificial intelligence and we will also follow-up on the information regarding development of digital services regulation, which we provided in the last issue.

Financial sector companies may be interested in news reagrding forthcoming legislation on digital financing and regulation of crypto-assets, and ICT companies providing services to financial institutions may be affected by the Proposal for a Regulation on Financial Services - Improving Resilience Against Cyber Attacks (new rules).

For the Telecommunications Sector we provide a brief information on the United Kingdom's progress in implementing the new European Telecommunications Code (European Electronic Communications Code).
