Reports of Trade Mark Cases for CIPA - December 2018

This month we report on the decision in KBF Enterprises Ltd v Gladiator Nutrition 3.0 Ltd & Ots, which considered multiple claims of infringement in relation to the WARRIOR trade marks, including an action against the performer known as WARRIOR from the Sky TV programme Gladiators.
