NOTES on the 10th Annual Session SDPA

Last Tuesday, the Spanish Data Protection Agency (the "SDPA") held its 10th Annual Session. This Session is where the SDPA usually:

(ii) presents new guides and templates; and

(iii) answers any questions raised by the attendees.

This year, the Annual Session was highly anticipated given that the European Regulation on Data Protection ("GDPR") had come into force only a few days previously.
