Hong Kong is a welcoming environment to foreign investors. Bank accounts may be held in any foreign currency and there are no specific laws governing inward investment. Hong Kong’s access to the markets in Mainland China coupled with its prominence in financial services and flexible employment law makes it a highly attractive location to conduct business.
