Dutch tax developments: what are the top 10 tax topics that will keep you busy in 2017?

Recently, Willem Bongaerts, tax partner of the Dutch office, gave a presentation to our international tax team on the recent developments in the international tax practice, and shared his view on the way forward. By reviewing the group structure and functions performed, international groups can become ready for the future. The functions, activities and structure should be aligned.

The following topics were discussed: EU Anti-Tax Avoidance Directives (ATAD 1 and 2), Dutch Cooperatives, CV-BV Structures, IP Planning, Innovation box, fiscal unity, rulings, permanent establishments, dividend withholding tax, Brexit and Luxembourg finance companies.

Upon request the slides can be made available to our clients and friends.
