The concept and importance of an Ethical Workplace is not new. However, recent events over the past two years have brought this issue to the fore like never before, and there is increasing pressure on employers to demonstrate their commitment and credentials as an ethical business.

In this series we address some of the most topical workplace issues organisations are facing across the globe. We bring together a variety of legal experts and different voices to discuss the ever-changing legal landscape. Issues such as discrimination and harassment, pay equity, modern slavery, whistleblower protection and mental health are recognised as being at the core of every ethical business. We will also address the issue of employee empowerment and expectations of influence on corporate strategy and the opportunities and challenges that this brings.
