Supreme Court rules in favour of employers

The Supreme Court ruled in Tillman v Egon Zehnder last week in favour of employers protecting their assets when an employee leaves. However, if a post-termination restriction is deemed unnecessary, then a judge will be able to delete the unreasonable elements and just enforce the remaining elements.
