Holidaycheck, one of Germany's biggest providers of hotel reviews, faces difficulty in enforcing a judgment from the regional court of Munich against Fivestar, a company which is registered in Belize. The judgment is aimed at removing dishonest hotel reviews from the internet, with Fiverstar's motive simply being to offer reviews in exchange for money, many of which are believed to not be genuine.
