ASA rule Amazon's 'One-Day Delivery' promise breached CAP Code

ASA have ruled against Amazon and their 'One-Day Delivery promise to Prime customers. The ASA held that Amazon was in breach of articles 3.1 (misleading advertising) and 3.9 (qualification) of the CAP Code. The ruling means that Amazon can no longer use the advertising regarding 'One-Day Delivery', as it was deemed to be sufficiently unclear and unfair to consumers.
